In April of 2024, the idea of using video to communicate walking directions began to take shape.  After many months of figuring out how, a roadmap now exists to make it happen within a few months.

This roadmap has all technical solutions penciled out (including anticipated SQL coding) to make this happen.  There is path to $1B in ARR while costs are kept exceptionally low.  $500K can fund remaining development and operations through the end of 2025.  Once the MVP has launched, we plan to onboard 1 to 2 properties per week.

I'll be transitioning to a full time founder in late Q1 2025 and hoping to pitch to investors prior to that.
